Spinal stenosis is an increasingly common disease affecting the aging population. It affects the elderly, although it can also be encountered among younger people in the course of  the Degenerative Disc Disease.  Ultimately, in the spinal canal stenosis, conservative treatment is usually ineffective, with only a third of patients experiencing improvement, the majority of patients requiring surgical treatment. Mimal invasive surgery can be effective in treatment of a spinal stenosis and it's also desired by patients due to   lesser operative trauma and shorter period of disability after intervention. We present one of the endoscopic techniques used in spine surgery along with the clinical presentation of the patient with the spinal canal stenosis.
